All: According to our friends at NIST – this type of technology works on a small non-energized fire. The military has done extensive testing, and it won’t work on an energized kitchen fire, nor anything larger than a small pan fire with flammable liquid. At this point I would chalk it up to interesting – but needing much more work and validation – before I get excited about it. Again. Like when I saw it. And thought this is FANTASTIC. Then scientists started shooting me down. -----Original Message----- From: Sprinklerforum [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of David Blackwell Sent: Tuesday, March 31, 2015 8:22 AM To: [email protected] Subject: New Technology?
