I would be cautious mixing then. If a fire event were to occur where it activated both, you could get into issues with pressures.

Just throw a calc on the area and see if you get minimum pressures/flows required. The system will balance to the higher pressures so something will over discharge and that may kill your sizing.

However, after a long holiday break, I could be totally crazy as well.
