Sometimes computers programs don't understand what we humans are trying to say.
Stop the calc's for each system at the junction and do the rest by hand. Then
do a manual graph. I assume the trench system has a higher flow requirement
than the roof system so the available pressure for the roof system will be less
than if you just calc'd the roof system by itself. I have seen different calc
programs deal with pumps in different ways. When that happens I work around the
problem rather than fight the system.
