Basically you're flowing water from pump discharge through a prv cooling manifold and dumping it down the drain. Depends on engine and other stuff like cooling loop size, etc. Clarke has some good info on flow rates with or without inter or aftercoolers. TD
If it has a radiator, it's a closed loop system correct? So, what's the capacity of the cooling system? If you emptied it out onto the floor like a bucket, methinks any size floor drain can handle it.
