We have a guy here at the office that was originally brought in to help with the estimating and material take-off. He's been here 3 years now and has a good grasp of the industry and we'd like to move him into more of a designer role. We'd like to send him to a class for a week or two and have found some on the internet but from what I can tell they're mostly book based and not really hands on designing. Any suggestion out there for something that covers the book and the cadd side of it?
