NFSA and AFSA both have two week courses offered at different time throughout the year. I have not been to either so I can't say which is better.

He's been here 3 years now and has a good grasp of the industry and we'd like to move him into more of a designer role. We'd like to send him to a class for a week or two and have found some on the internet but from what I can tell they're mostly book based and not really hands on designing.
