I am working on a 13R project and I am having a debate with a salesman on bathrooms in a dwelling unit. The bathrooms are 60 sq./ft. when you include the square footage of the bathtubs. In anyone's experience, is the square footage of the bathtub included in the square footage of the bathroom or not, and if not where can I find this code that eliminates the square footage of the bathtub?
