I am working with an Architect on this project and the Owner is anxious and is requesting cost estimates for the Fire Protection Sprinkler system.I have indicated that the owner needs to hire an insurance to underwrite and specify the sprinkler system requirements. The project is roughly 33,000 SF., to include Distillery, Indoor storage of Spirits in wood barrels, Processing Facility, Mercantile space, Event and Office spaces.The Good news is that there is a great public water supply available on site. Fire Pump and onsite water storage should not be required. At this time the Owner would like to get a Square foot price (budget estimate) on the sprinkler system. Can any one assist?
