Does anyone have a generic storage form or checklist that they would be willing to share?
At this point I would take anything in word form that I could lightly modify. the NFPA 13 2016 handbook has a nice checklist shown, but I can't find it available anywhere, and its more for internal use. AFSA offers nothing that I could see, and from Googling, most of the ones available are from jurisdictions so include specifics, and our jurisdiction doesn't have anything for this.
