I don't know if this situation is necessarily any different than a sprinkler installed outdoors and subject to the weather so I would imagine just make sure the temperature rating is appropriate and seems like you would be good to go. But is all this really necessary? If the shower is self contained with it's own door and everything could it meet the criteria of being a bathroom in itself (assuming under 55 sq. ft.) and not require sprinkler protection?
