Looking for opinions on a project we're bidding. It's an old rectangle shape school building that has concrete joist crossing the building with tongue & grove wood decking. Most of the rooms have a sloped ACT ceiling that's approximately 6"-8" down from the deck. Any thoughts on protecting the deck? (see link for pic's)
