The confusion is as is often the case the words. That standard response
being used for both element and sprinkler listing creates an equivalency in
ones head. I’d argue that the fast response element is often found in
sprinklers listed as standard resonate but a standard response element is
never found in a quick response sprinkler. I’d argue the listing of the
sprinkler in the application is driver and that you have a compartment in
which all the sprinklers need to be standard response per the rules of
their listing(s).
