We run into this regularly. Given the typical lack of information 
available...the only way to reproduce a Hydraulic Plate is to survey the 
existing system, produce a set of plans and perform a new set of demand or 
supply calculations. If the system is an old "Pipe Schedule" system, chances 
are good that it is 50 years old and all the heads will need to be replaced.I 
think this is something that the 13 and 25 technical committee need to address 
and give the industry direction.It is a hard sell to explain to a building 
owner why he/she needs to spend thousands of dollars to re create this
