Many engineers show that on their drawings and it's totally acceptable as long as you can convince the GC or the A/E team. Look back thru some of your last several projects that have details on a FP sheet from the engineer and see if you can find an example. You may be able to present that to your GC and get them to accept it. I'd send you one but I can't think of one I've seen lately. Maybe someone else on the forum is working on one now that has that detail.
