Are they recessed or concealed? What color are they? If it does have sprinklers, are they in the center or quarter point of the tile?” When they say they have no idea, then I respond; “Precisely, so why are you worried about it when you don’t even look yourself.?” I’ve been lucky enough to win more than a few battles with an architect and GC that way. I’ve honestly never had anyone answer those questions correctly in a meeting.
