The other responses line up quite well with what I understand of FM
Global guidelines.
I also point out to you that if you're going to follow FM Global Data
Sheet 8-9 for protection of storage you must - effectively - throw NFPA
13 in the trash and design and install the entire system in accordance
with FM Global guidance, which includes 2-0.

Checking the Viking ESFR sprinkler head, it seems only the fusible
type is ranked as ESFR:

But the temperature of Viking ESFR sprinkler head having FM approved
