You can order a concealed sprinkler from Viking with ENT finish and a stainless steel cover plate. They probably cost $12,500 each but they’re out there. Otherwise, you can specify a wax or poly-coated CR sprinkler from most manufacturers, but the cover plate won’t be “listed” CR.
