The template.py might be interesting, but it is empty. Maybe I can
export my settings as an ini file, or maybe that template file?
I would say it is somewhere in your home directory. I know some
distributions are stuffing everything in ~.config/ so you might look
there. Otherwise do a find -iname spyder.ini in your home directory.
