Hello , I have some questions about the update,today i have received the 
update message. and i ues anaconda for windows:
I use this command:

conda update qt pyqt
conda install spyder

and it suggested:spyder 3.0.0

it does not work!

and I used :pip install -U spyder

It also does not work.

Can you tell me why ?
