In Toad, you make an ODBC datasource for each database, connect to
both from the File, New Connection menu option, right click on the
object or objects you want to move, and select either the Create in
New Schema for your tables, procs, etc.. or copy data for your data. 
It's a fairly straight forward process.  Sorry I wasn't clearer in my
message, but I'm just swamped with work.  Email  me offlist at
[EMAIL PROTECTED] if you need more info.  Toad is amazingly easy
to use.
