It is a requirement for me that the top priority of the company is to "make a good product/service", and not to "make the most money by any means necessary". This may seem like a trivial difference, but it rules out many companies. I don't mind if the company is making profits, even huge ones, as long as they are honestly achieved. On top of that, I would like to work for an organization with a social (in a very broad meaning) goal: that is an organization whose product/service helps people in their daily life and not just selling "useless" stuff to the top 1% of the population. Yes, I'm kind of an idealist, but that's who I am.
