Declaring your index object after setup_all should do the trick. Not a

S'fine. I wanted to ensure that I'd understood the issue correctly. I have enough control at that point to be able to handle it in straight SQL (I believe), so it's not a show-stopper for me.

Could you add a ticket for this on the trac so that I keep an eye on
this, whenever I get back to coding on Elixir?
