They host my multiple websites and email addresses plus other services. They are very knowledgeable, and while small, handle a large number of accounts. They are also inexpensive, with a good hosting package starting at CAN$20 (US$15) per month, or less if paid in advance. They have an uptime guarantee of 99.9% (less than 42 minutes downtime in a month) or the month is free.
In particular, setup is free and you can quit after the first month without paying anything if you don't like it.
