As discussed recently on this list, the tclsqlite-2_8_14.zip for contains the incorrect .dll (should contain tclsqlite.dll, not sqlite.dll) You can still download the 2.8.13 version which does work with TCL at:- http://www.sqlite.org/tclsqlite.zip Alternatively, you could compile your own, use 3.02 or wait for the 2_8_14.zip file to be fixed.
