If someone can open this application, I have created an UPDATE with a new interesting feature, now you can manage directly your SQLITE 2.X file in your host by a dedicated PHP5 bridge file.
You should configure 3 parameters ( where is db, user name and password to auth the php5 class file to manage the database file ) and use this program for online dbfiles too.
( added Database Connection on menu )

Yes, for me, I am just using it and it works as well as on PC db files :-)
