I've never used the installer or the test program. I don't know what they do. I just use the .dll. I thought Mono was .NET for Linux, so I just assumed that the SQLite Precompiled Binaries for Mono was the Linux version of System.Data.SQLite. Sorry if I led you in the wrong direction.
