I'm not sure were you are getting this information. See https://www.sqlite.org/windowfunctions.html for the official documentation. Ahead of each release, we always publish advance copies of the new website on which *every* page is labeled as "DRAFT". See https://www.sqlite.org/draft/windowfunctions.html or even https://www.sqlite.org/draft/index.html for example. Are you looking at one of these pre-release copies of the documentation? If so, you can simply remove the "/draft" from the middle of the URL in order to get the officially released document. -- D.
