[sqlite] SQLITE_OMIT_MEMORY_ALLOCATION

I just started looking at 3.5.2 and notice that support for 
SQLITE_OMIT_MEMORY_ALLOCATION was removed.  This is a problem for me.  
Is there some reasoning behind this?
