Reduce the size of the logo. The proposed combined size of the logo and Navbar takes up too much of the page.
I like frames so that the Navbar is always visible. This is a real convenience with long pages. If you don't like frames then another alternative is to have the Navbar at the top and bottom of the page. Robert Wishlaw
