pursuant to a recent email, I am wondering if I can build extension-functions.c <http://www.sqlite.org/contrib/download/extension-functions.c?get=25> so that it is permanently available within sqlite library, and not just when loaded manually via a command. If I can, could someone please guide me to a tutorial for doing so?
