[sqlite] Anyone able to access a SQLite database within a Tcl starpack?

It seems from the Tcl wiki that SQLite is not VFS-aware (Tcl Virtual File
System).
 
This means that when you create an application, you must delivery a packaged
EXE of the Tcl application, but the database must be sent alongside it,
instead of being packed into the Starpack.
 
Anyone got any better solution?
