Sorry but you're using a library I'm not familiar with. Judging from what you
wrote the first time I'd think more like
....
mycommand.CommandText = "BEING TRANSACTION"
mycommand.ExecuteNonQuery()
FOR z = 1 TO count1
...
NEXT z
mycommand.CommandText = "COMMIT"
mycommand.ExecuteNonQuery()
cons.close()
