I am developing a windows desktop application (with .Net2010 C# and sqlite) I wanted to add sqlite dlls to my application to connect to database. But i need to know 1.what is difference of Setups and Pre-compiled binaries ? 2. I think 32bit and 64 bit is for speed (RAM), but can i use 64 bit, Is there any minimum requirement in OS?
