I've been happy with SQLite Studio:

Just tried Sqlite Studio following your advice - Great tool:

 * open source
 * implemented in scripting language (Tcl/Tk)
 * available as single executable
 * SQL editor with highlighting and autocompletion
 * browsing big tables
 * convenient editing of the data directly in the result grid
 * user defined functions in tcl and sql, plugins
 * many, many other features ...

I was Sqlite Manager user past years (Firefox plugin) but now I think I have a better tool :-)

Thank you Pawel!
Alek

P.S. If anyone have troubles to use the app on Fedora/CentOS, feel free to drop me a line.
