Lets agree to disagree, sqlite is completely cross-plaform. You could develop a cross plate-form solution in the same time (Qt or Tcl/tk). The 95% market does not hold if you think smart-phone and tablet (a good target for a simple data entry application). If you only want windows, why not uuse Access in the first place? But anyway...
