Hello,

The grammar rules for an expression (http://www.sqlite.org/lang_expr.html) indicate that a binary expression can have the operators IS and IS NOT, but there is also one rule above the BETWEEN expression that indicates the same. I was trying to understand if these two rules have different meanings or not.
