Only hiccup is that not every SD card is the same size. So 16Gb is not exactly 16Gb and if the file expansion is to the max you have 50/50 chance that the new SD card is a fraction to small. If you write the image you will get a "insufficient space" box. That's why i was hoping that the file expansion on pcp would not use 100% disk space.
