It seems that you now have two LMS running on your QNAP. 7.9.0 in a Container. 7.7.2 on the QNAP itself. 7.7.2 can see your music folder and so you can see it too, while you added the 7.7.2 library remote to your 7.9.0. You'll need to export/import the path from your QNAP to your container. I don't know how. Maybe you should follow oyvindos link in QNAP Forum.
