I'm not sure I understand: are _you_ building that Perl, or is QNAP or some other community member doing so?
slimserver/cpan/arch/5.24/. I miss the i386-linux-thread-multi. There is one but with 64 on the end. In 5.18 and lower have that directory, but higher is missing.
What's your Perl's "perl -v" result? What you might be missing some 64 bit math extension or something. It's one of the build options.
