Was able to go into the Windows Error Reporting and find the event log. It lists the following text, which I believe is the exact error from the dialog: "spotty.exe has stopped working"
That's the first time you report this. Did the same happen before? Would those timestamps match the moments when you saw the "lockup"?
One more thought: would you see the same if you were using the web UI to navigate to Spotty, rather than the SB's UI? Or on another SB? Or on a mobile app?
