I run LMS on my QNAP NAS using the Docker (container) method by Oyvindo (https://forum.qnap.com/viewtopic.php?f=354&t=123933&hilit=LMS+docker)
There is also a QNAP App package which is being developed by Freaksat (https://forum.qnap.com/viewtopic.php?f=123&t=139286) and initially this worked fine for me.
