Yes, you should select the supported output sample rates and the target
(closest, closest synchronous, closest not synchronous).


Imagin to select  88.2, 96 and 384.

having 44.1 as input and closest selected it will resample to 88.2, same
with closest synchronous, when selecting closest not synchronous will
output at 96.

having 88.2 or 96KHz at input it will never upsample.

having 192 as input it will always upsample to 384.

having 176.4 or 354.8 as input it will downsample to 88.2 with closest
synchronous, upsample  176.4 to 192  and 354.8 384 with closest not
synchronous or closest.
