Works OK for me on an x85 Ubuntu system. The podcats is only abouyt 680kbytes long. So I'm guessing the isssue might be to do with memory (processing poidcast feeds can a few take times more than orignal feed) shortage or processor and then you get a timeout.
I suggest try to get another PCP user to test same podcast .
