Could you please check your browser's JS/error console to see whether this is a client side issue?

That's indeed an odd one, because the version you installed does not come with that plugin! I only added it a few weeks ago.
Please really wipe _everything_ and make sure you install the latest. You seem to go back and forth on trials and errors.
