Just updated (via Control panel "Update") my Win10 Home edition to LMS 7.9.2-1561089896 overwriting a Dec 2018 version of LMS. No problems but I had to do a retry as some files could not be overwritten immediately . So I don't think the problem is the LMS exe but something in your system. Have you checked the Firewall Advanced Settings. I think some of the logged problem are associated with network. I have 4 entries for SqueezeSvr.exe in the Firewall each one seems to be "identical" which does nto make sense . I think Windows adds a new entry with each new version of SqueezeSvr.exe so the "identical" entries are in fact for 4 different exes. Perhaps this part failed in your upgrade.
