I wonder when the RST happens whether Raspbian closes/resets the TCP connection and so drops the http body "OPML" data . Not a great theory but need to figure out the RST - it is cause or effect. BTW - I'm not if Radio.de is geolocked but many of the links supplied by Tune-in seem to go 404 (I would expect 403 if geolocked). I think long delays are due to timeout trying out different URL which fail.
