OK, that's weird. Somehow I got the wrong URL in the repo XML files. If you want to manually install it, it's available at https://tuxreborn.netlify.com/slim/slim7/PowerCenter/PowerCenter-2.2.1.zip -- otherwise I expect to fix the repo XML later today. Whenever you do get it installed, please let me know if you encounter problems. The bad URLs in the repo do in fact mean that no, I don't have PowerCenter installed locally at the moment.
