Get a log of trying to play the file using player.source set to INFO.
1 Using WebUI Settings/Advanced/Logging set player.source to INFO 2 Note start time. 3 Try to play a file you know doesn't play 4.Wait 20 secs and note end time 5. Copy (do not edit anything) all log entries from start time to end time into a text file, zip and attach to a post 6.
