After a lot of attempts I got LMS (8.0.0) up and running again on my Synology NAS after downgrading PERL.
The LMS had to be set up from scratch, and now some tracks will attempt to play for a second or two and then stop. Some will play just fine. Streaming services like spotify work. The music library it is pointed to is an iTunes library. In an attempt to get it working, I have tried the following: Rebuilt the iTunes library using Apple Music. Installed the iTunes helper package in LMS. Rescanned multiple times. It's still not working and I have no idea what to try next.
