When in QLMS.conf NIGHTLY=1, it will look for the latest nightly build, and if found will download and install it.
Which nightly? There's the "stable" nightly 8.2.1, and the dev nightly 8.3.0. Users should not be on a dev branch unless they decide to do so. 8.2.1 is ok.
